Blogsplash was caught and arrested by local authorities (Ontario, California, United States) with 5 ounces of OxyContin pills (with intent to traffic), resisting arrest, illegal firearms and multiple assault charges (police officers and paramedics) on Sunday, April 22, 2012 (4/22/2012).

Blogsplash admitted that the OxyContin pills was weighed and packaged in many small bags for resale to support their own expensive habbit of the illegal drug.

Blogsplash was released from Ontario CA Jail on $10,000.00 bail on 5/5/2012, but is still awaiting possible prosecution in court in less than a month on Monday, June 4, 2012 (6/4/2012).
